There are different ways of downloading instagram images and videos online, while some require rooting of phone but I think that's not the best option so, this particular method is easy and straight forward.
How To Download Instagram Images & Videos
Firstly Download & Install InstaSaver HERE
Locate the video or image you wish to download from instagram app
lets say you want that image above; all you need to do is click the 3 dots sign above the image then you'll see a similar image as shown below, select "Copy Share Url" from the options
then your copied url will be stored in clipboard, now open the installed InstaSaver app and paste the copied url> click on SHOW THE CONTENT as shown below
The app will then search for the image or videos
