According to Google, DUO is a simple one-to-one video calling app for everyone, designed to be simple, reliable and fun so you never miss a moment. It functions more like Facetime that was released by Apple made to work only on Apple platform like iOS, Mac, ipad mini & touch.
All you need to make a call to someone is a phone number and also the added benefit of working across both iPhone and Android. The app is currently rolling out over the next few days. If its not available for you from the Google source links below, sit tight and relax.
